Ingredients

Dough

  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup margarine, melted
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup margarine, melted
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease 16 mini-muffin cups.
  • Mix sugar, melted margarine, milk, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
  • Fill muffin cups halfway with batter and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  • Melt margarine and mix sugar with cinnamon for coating.
  • Dip warm muffins in melted margarine, then roll in cinnamon sugar. Cool before serving.
