Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry to form a thick batter.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Drop batter by 1 tbsp into oil and fry 2-3 mins until puffed.
Drain on paper towels, then toss in powdered sugar while warm.
