Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray muffin pan.
Mix orange juice, coconut oil, and brown sugar until well combined.
Whisk together flour, oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, and cinnamon.
Combine dry ingredients with wet mixture, then fold in chopped chocolate.
Divide batter into muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
