Delight in these frozen strawberry and yoghurt bites coated in rich dark chocolate for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

strawberries, washed and dried

plain or Greek yoghurt, dairy-free or vegan optional

gluten-free chocolate buttons, preferably dark chocolate dairy-free or vegan optional

vanilla extract optional

coconut oil if using milk or white chocolate
Instructions
Wash, dry, and dice strawberries into small pieces.
Mix strawberries, yoghurt, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Spoon dollops onto a lined tray and freeze for 1.5-2 hours.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil, then dip frozen bites into the chocolate.
Place coated bites back on tray and freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
