1teaspoonsmoked paprika

1cupcooked black beans (canned works great, rinsed)
1cupcorn (grilled, roasted, or canned)
1pieceavocado (sliced)
0.25cupfresh cilantro (chopped)
0.5cupsour cream or Greek yogurt
2tablespoonslime juice (for sauce)
1tablespoonchipotle peppers in adobo (minced)
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonhoney
Instructions
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or overnight.
Grill or pan-cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice into strips.
Warm black beans and char corn in a skillet. Prepare creamy sauce by mixing sour cream, lime juice, minced chipotle, garlic powder, and honey.
Assemble bowls with beans, corn, sliced avocado, chicken, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
