Instructions
Prepare the beef shank with spices and aromatics in the Instant Pot, then cook until tender.
Mix flour and hot boiling water to form a dough, then roll into thin pancakes.
Cook the pancakes in a skillet with sesame oil until golden and crispy.
Slice the cooked beef and assemble rolls with pancakes, cucumber, cilantro, hoisin, and green onions.
Serve the beef rolls with dipping sauce and garnishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight before cooking.
