Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz Chickpea pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1 avocado Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions 

  • Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.
  • Combine cooked pasta with chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
