Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Salad ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken shredded or chopped
  • 2 cups romaine chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup corn
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 4 green onions green onions
  • 1.25 cups black beans
  • 0.5 cup cheddar grated
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 cup tortilla strips

Instructions 

  • Whisk ranch, taco seasoning, and salt until smooth.
  • Prepare vegetables and measure ingredients.
  • Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  • Add dressing and lime juice, then mix well.
  • Fold in tortilla strips, garnish, and serve immediately.
