A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with chicken, pesto, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 0.5 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 pieces flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and spread pesto evenly.
  • Top with chicken, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Sprinkle cheeses on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to add extra herbs or spices for more flavor.
