Instructions
Mix ground chicken with seasonings until evenly combined.
Shape chicken mixture into nuggets and freeze for 1 hour.
Roll nuggets in cornstarch, then dip in batter made with flour, baking powder, spices, and club soda.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry nuggets until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes.
