These savory chicken muffins are perfect for a quick, protein-packed snack or meal. Easy to make and customizable with your favorite veggies.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin and set aside 1/3 of the cheese.
Mix all ingredients except reserved cheese until well combined. Fill muffin cups and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
