Ingredients

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

Chicken Breast

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cut into strips)

Peppers

  • 2 peppers Peppers (cut into strips)

Onion

  • 1 small Small Onion (sliced into strips)

Fajita Seasoning

  • 1.12 ounces Fajita Seasoning (packet)

Water

  • 0.25 cup Water

Prepared Rice

  • 8.5 ounce Prepared Rice Cilantro and Lime Flavor

Sour Cream

  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream

Cheese

  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

Tortillas

  • 7-8 large Large Tortillas

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook for 3 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Stir in sliced peppers and onions; cook for 3-5 minutes. Pour in water and fajita seasoning, stirring to coat.
  • Prepare rice according to package instructions; mix with sour cream. Layer rice, chicken, and cheese on tortillas, then roll up.
  • Optional: Toast wraps in a pan until golden brown before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
