A delicious and easy chicken Caesar sandwich perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, combining tender chicken, crisp lettuce, and flavorful Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 ciabatta roll s ciabatta rolls
  • 1/4 cup croutons , lightly crushed

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  • Mix chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan until coated.
  • Toast rolls, layer with lettuce, chicken mixture, and croutons, then assemble and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of hot sauce.
