A quick and delicious salad combining pasta, chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy Caesar dressing for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded

Romaine lettuce, chopped

cherry tomatoes, halved
Cheese & Dressing

Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
If using raw chicken, cook with olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden and cooked through; otherwise, shred pre-cooked chicken.
Combine pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken in a large bowl.
Pour Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, toss lightly, top with croutons, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add freshly cracked black pepper or additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
