This vibrant chicken avocado wrap combines tender grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables for a wholesome, portable meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Whole wheat tortilla
  • 150 g Cooked chicken breast
  • 0.5 medium Ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2-3 leaves Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 2-3 slices Tomato slices
  • 2-3 rings Red onion (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (optional)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill or pan-cook for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  • Mash half an avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread yogurt or mayo on the tortilla. Add mashed avocado, lettuce, chicken, tomato, and onion. Roll tightly and slice diagonally.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
