boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)

Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook chicken until browned, then dice.
Mix cooked rice, Alfredo sauce, diced chicken, broccoli (if using), garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and dot with butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute chicken with turkey or add extra vegetables for variety.
