Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch dish and line with parchment.
Whisk eggs and vanilla in a bowl for 1-2 minutes.
Add cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder; whisk for 1 minute.
Melt butter, then whisk in sugar. Combine with egg mixture.
Stir in flour just until combined, then fold in chocolate chips. Spread into dish and bake 35-40 minutes.
Notes
