A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining pasta, tuna, vegetables, and cheese for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 16 oz Barilla Whole Grain Pasta
  • 24 oz canned Tuna in water (from Costco)
  • 10.5 oz Cream of Mushroom (98% Fat Free)
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots Mix
  • 0.5 cup Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
  • 0.5 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
  • 2 cups Fat Free Milk
  • 0.5 cup Plain non fat Greek Yogurt
  • 3 cups 12oz. 2% Reduced Fat Cheese (Kroger Reduced Fat Mexican Style Blend)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cooked pasta, tuna, mushroom soup, vegetables, milk, yogurt, and 2 cups cheese in a large bowl.
  • Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake 3-5 minutes until melted. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add extra vegetables or use different cheese blends for variety.
