Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or skillet.
Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add cooked chicken and fold in 1.5 cups cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
Transfer to dish, top with remaining cheddar, drizzle with melted butter, and bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use warm cooked chicken for better sauce adherence and add extra seasoning to taste.
