Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice thinly.
Whisk mayonnaise, parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
Toss chopped romaine with half of the dressing. Divide among bowls.
Top with sliced chicken, parmesan, croutons, and drizzle with remaining dressing. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken briefly before grilling.
