Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients until combined.
Combine wet and dry, then pour into the pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Store leftovers covered at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerated up to 1 week.
