A delicious and fresh toast featuring creamy burrata, sweet peaches, and peppery arugula, perfect for a quick snack or light meal.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 0.5 roll ciabatta roll
  • 100 g burrata cheese
  • 1 piece peach (sliced)
  • 1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • a handful arugula rocket leaves
  • to taste salt

Instructions 

  • Slice the ciabatta roll in half and toast one half in a toaster or pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Arrange arugula leaves on the toasted bread with a light drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of flaky salt.
  • Cut the burrata cheese and place it on top of the arugula, then drizzle with olive oil.
  • Top with peach slices and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  • Enjoy immediately. Optionally, add red pepper flakes for spice.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and fresh burrata for creaminess.
