A delicious and fresh toast featuring creamy burrata, sweet peaches, and peppery arugula, perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients

extra-virgin olive oil

balsamic glaze

arugula rocket leaves

Instructions
Slice the ciabatta roll in half and toast one half in a toaster or pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.
Arrange arugula leaves on the toasted bread with a light drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of flaky salt.
Cut the burrata cheese and place it on top of the arugula, then drizzle with olive oil.
Top with peach slices and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Enjoy immediately. Optionally, add red pepper flakes for spice.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and fresh burrata for creaminess.
