Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (About 2 medium chicken breasts)
  • 0.25 cup buffalo wing sauce

Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.25 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or blue cheese)
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • to taste salt and pepper (Season as needed)

Instructions 

  • Combine shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce in a skillet; heat for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese in a bowl.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, add chicken mixture, then top with vegetable mixture.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over fillings, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or serve with extra ranch dressing.
