Ingredients

Instructions
Bring quinoa and water to a boil, then simmer until water is absorbed and quinoa is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Chill the cooked quinoa in the fridge.
Layer quinoa, yogurt, blueberries, and pecans in glasses to assemble the parfait.
Notes
For added flavor, drizzle honey or add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
