Ingredients
Dry ingredients

old-fashioned rolled oats

whole wheat flour

Wet ingredients

unsalted butter, melted and cooled

plain Greek yogurt

Blueberry mixture

fresh blueberries, or frozen thawed and drained

granulated sugar

cornstarch

fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients; in a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients. Combine and reserve 1 cup for topping.
Press remaining mixture into pan; toss blueberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice, then spread over base.
Crumble reserved mixture over blueberries; bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Cool completely, then cut into 16 bars and wrap if desired.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries when in season.
