Ingredients
Mixed Berries

frozen mixed berries
(best for creaminess)

ripe banana
banana
(sliced)

Greek yogurt

milk
(any type)

honey or maple syrup
(optional)
Instructions
Add Greek yogurt, milk, berries, and banana to a blender.
Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again.
If too thick, add a splash of milk and blend until desired texture is reached.
