Ingredients

Mixed Berries

  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Protein Powder

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Liquid

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Dairy

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Seeds & Nuts

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola (for topping)
  • Fresh raspberries and blueberries Fresh raspberries and blueberries (for garnish)
  • A few sliced almonds (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine berries, protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond butter in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and top with granola, berries, sliced almonds, and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of honey or a few ice cubes before blending.
