Enjoy a refreshing and colorful summer treat with these homemade berry ice pops, combining creamy yogurt with fresh berries and vanilla.
Ingredients

plain yogurt

honey

strawberries, hulled

Instructions
Mix yogurt and honey until well blended.
Blend raspberries and strawberries with 1/4 cup of yogurt mixture until smooth.
Divide berry mixture into molds, tap to even out, and freeze for 15 minutes.
Blend blueberries with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture until smooth.
Mix remaining yogurt with vanilla, divide among molds, tap to even out, and freeze for 15 minutes.
Add blueberry yogurt to molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. To serve, run molds in hot water briefly and remove pops.
Notes
If you prefer alcohol-free vanilla, replace the extract with an equal amount of vanilla flavoring.
