Enjoy a refreshing and colorful summer treat with these homemade berry ice pops, combining creamy yogurt with fresh berries and vanilla.

Ingredients

Dairy and Sweeteners

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Fruits

  • 3 ounces raspberries
  • 3 ounces strawberries, hulled
  • 6 ounces blueberries

Flavoring

  • 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  • Mix yogurt and honey until well blended.
  • Blend raspberries and strawberries with 1/4 cup of yogurt mixture until smooth.
  • Divide berry mixture into molds, tap to even out, and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Blend blueberries with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture until smooth.
  • Mix remaining yogurt with vanilla, divide among molds, tap to even out, and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Add blueberry yogurt to molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. To serve, run molds in hot water briefly and remove pops.

Notes

If you prefer alcohol-free vanilla, replace the extract with an equal amount of vanilla flavoring.
