A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining fresh berries, banana, and yogurt for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Ice Cubes

  • 4 pieces Ice cubes

Fruits

  • 1 piece Banana peeled
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries

Liquid

  • ½ cup Orange juice

Dairy

  • ¾ cup Strawberry Greek yogurt fat free

Sweetener

  • ½ teaspoon Agave nectar or honey

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon Ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Wheat germ (optional)

Instructions 

  • In a blender, crush ice cubes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk or more yogurt.
