Instructions
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl. Add beef slices and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Cook rice until fluffy; using day-old rice enhances texture.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned, then set aside.
Spoon rice into bowls, top with butter, arrange beef and corn around the butter, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with green onions.
Stir everything together before eating to melt the butter and combine flavors. Serve warm.
Notes
