A flavorful and quick beef couscous dish with colorful peppers and aromatic spices.

Instructions
Heat oil and cook onion until softened (~3 min).
Add ground beef, season with spices, and cook until browned.
Stir in tomatoes and peppers, cook for 3-5 min.
Add water, bring to boil, then remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover for 5 min.
Fluff with fork, stir in basil, and serve.
Notes
Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
