Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 can about 20 ounces pineapple chunks (drained)

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce (ensure it's halal-friendly)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bell peppers (chopped, any colors)
  • 1 medium onion (cut into wedges)

Seasonings

Other

  • 1 set skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using)

Instructions 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
