Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

To taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread olive oil over the crust and mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  • Distribute chicken mixture on the crust, then top with red onion, mozzarella, and cheddar.
