A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with barbecue chicken, cheese, and fresh herbs, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
Flatbreads

flatbreads or naan

cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

barbecue sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

red onion, thinly sliced

fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on the baking sheet.
Toss cooked chicken with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Spread remaining sauce on flatbreads.
Top with cheese, BBQ chicken, and red onion. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cilantro and black pepper. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or hot sauce before serving.
