A delicious and refreshing smoothie combining ripe bananas and frozen peaches for a velvety texture and vibrant flavor.

Ingredients

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup milk of choice Dairy or Plant-based
  • 0.5 cup orange juice

Fruit

  • 1 large overripe banana (broken into chunks)
  • 1.5 cups frozen peach slices

Add-ins

  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

Instructions 

  • Pour 1 cup of milk and 0.5 cup of orange juice into the blender.
  • Add the banana chunks and frozen peach slices into the blender.
  • Add vanilla extract and ground flaxseeds into the center of the mixture.
  • Seal the lid and blend on low for 10 seconds, then on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  • Stop and stir; blend for another 10 seconds if needed. Divide into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for extra sweetness and creaminess.
