A delicious and refreshing smoothie combining ripe bananas and frozen peaches for a velvety texture and vibrant flavor.
Ingredients
Liquid Base

milk of choice Dairy or Plant-based

cup
orange juice
Fruit

overripe banana
(broken into chunks)

frozen peach slices
Add-ins

pure vanilla extract

ground flaxseeds
Instructions
Pour 1 cup of milk and 0.5 cup of orange juice into the blender.
Add the banana chunks and frozen peach slices into the blender.
Add vanilla extract and ground flaxseeds into the center of the mixture.
Seal the lid and blend on low for 10 seconds, then on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
Stop and stir; blend for another 10 seconds if needed. Divide into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for extra sweetness and creaminess.
