Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Mix in nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Fold in oats, chocolate chips, and walnuts if using.
Scoop and flatten dough onto baking sheet, then bake for 15 minutes.
Cool before storing.
