Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugars, sour cream, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture; gently mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into greased muffin cups, sprinkle extra chips on top.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 5 minutes, then reduce to 375°F (190°C) and bake 15 more minutes.
Cool muffins before serving.
