A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining ripe bananas and mixed berries for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

ripe banana
(peeled)

mixed berries
(fresh or frozen)

unsweetened almond milk
(or milk of choice)

plain Greek yogurt
(or dairy-free yogurt)

chia seeds

vanilla extract

Instructions
Place the banana, berries, almond milk, and yogurt into a blender.
Add chia seeds and vanilla extract if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend briefly.
