Wet Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to wet mixture, starting and ending with dry. Gently fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into muffin cups about 2/3 full. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over tops.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
