Streusel Topping

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients; in a separate bowl, whisk wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry; fold in strawberries.
If using, prepare streusel and sprinkle over batter.
Spoon batter into cups; bake 18-22 mins. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a bakery-style dome, start at 425°F for 5 mins, then reduce to 375°F.
