Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, then pour marinade over.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and simmer until thickened. Add lemon juice and parsley, then season to taste.
