A delicious and healthy baked salmon recipe topped with flavorful herb butter and lemon slices.
Ingredients

salmon (about 6 oz each)

Instructions
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs to make herb butter. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place salmon, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Top each fillet with lemon slices and a dollop of herb butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest briefly before serving with sides.
