A flavorful and healthy baked salmon recipe infused with garlic, rosemary, and thyme, perfect for Whole30 and keto diets.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 3 lb PrimeWaters Salmon Fillet (**)
  • 1 Tbsp Sea salt and black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp ghee (melted)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary (minced)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp parsley (minced, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil.
  • Mix ghee, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, then coat with ghee mixture.
  • Pour lemon juice over salmon, wrap with foil, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Unwrap salmon, broil for 3-4 minutes until browned, then garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best texture and flavor.
