A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring baked feta and tender salmon, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Main

  • 1 pound cooked pasta
  • 8 oz cooked salmon
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • olive oil olive oil (for drizzling)
  • seasoning to taste seasoning (salt, pepper, herbs)
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place feta and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Remove feta and tomatoes from oven. Mash feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce.
  • Mix cooked pasta, salmon, minced garlic, and feta sauce. Season to taste.
  • Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavor.
