Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place feta and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Remove feta and tomatoes from oven. Mash feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce.
Mix cooked pasta, salmon, minced garlic, and feta sauce. Season to taste.
Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
