A flavorful baked egg dish with feta, tomatoes, and herbs, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Divide tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and feta into ramekins or a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Mix spices and sprinkle over feta and veggies. Bake for 25 minutes.
Stir in spinach, create wells, crack eggs into each, and bake for 10 more minutes.
Top with herbs and serve with bread or toast.
