A delicious and healthy baked cottage cheese dessert with berries, perfect for a quick treat or breakfast.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir in 1 cup of berries, pour into the dish, and top with remaining berries.
Bake for 45 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.
Cut into 9 slices and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
You can use honey instead of maple syrup for a different flavor.
