A quick and healthy lettuce wrap filled with creamy avocado and protein-rich tuna, perfect for a light lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Canned Goods

  • 2 cans tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup diced red onion
  • 0.25 cup diced celery
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Lettuce Leaves

  • 2 large leaves lettuce (butter or romaine)

Optional Add-ins

  • optional chili flakes, diced pickles, or hot sauce

Instructions 

  • Mash the avocado until smooth.
  • Add tuna and mix well.
  • Stir in lemon juice, red onion, celery, salt, and pepper.
  • Scoop onto lettuce leaves and fold or roll.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Feel free to add chili flakes or hot sauce for a spicy kick.
