A fresh and healthy salad combining tuna, creamy avocados, and crisp vegetables, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 9-10 oz tuna in water, drained and flaked (2 5 oz cans or 3 3 oz pouches)
  • 2 large avocados (peeled and sliced into cubes)
  • 1/2 English cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (more if desired)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Combine tuna, diced avocado, sliced red onion, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add more cilantro or season to taste.
