A fresh and healthy salad combining tuna, creamy avocados, and crisp vegetables, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients
Canned Tuna

tuna in water, drained and flaked
(2 5 oz cans or 3 3 oz pouches)

avocados
(peeled and sliced into cubes)

English cucumber
(sliced)

red onion
(sliced thin)

cilantro
(more if desired)

lemon juice
(freshly squeezed)

extra virgin olive oil
to taste
salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Combine tuna, diced avocado, sliced red onion, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.

Feel free to add more cilantro or season to taste.
