  • 2 medium Avocado (diced; about 2 medium avocados)
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes (diced; 2-3 medium ones)
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (finely diced; ~1/2 small or 1/4 large onion)
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 medium Jalapeno (finely diced, seeds removed)
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional; minced)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Combine diced avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic (if using), lime juice, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Gently stir until just combined.
  • Adjust salt to taste if needed.
