Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 10 oz tuna in water, drained
  • 1 pcs ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mash avocado with lemon juice until smooth.
  • Add tuna, ranch dressing, black pepper, red onion, and parsley; stir to combine.
  • Lay tortillas flat; distribute lettuce, tomato, and cheese on each.
  • Spoon tuna mixture onto each wrap; fold sides and roll tightly.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap for portability.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped jalapeƱos.
