Canned Tuna

tuna in water, drained

Instructions
Mash avocado with lemon juice until smooth.
Add tuna, ranch dressing, black pepper, red onion, and parsley; stir to combine.
Lay tortillas flat; distribute lettuce, tomato, and cheese on each.
Spoon tuna mixture onto each wrap; fold sides and roll tightly.
